PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

• preparation sterilization dispensing of land for laboratory use and production;
• execution of analytical determinations related to the activity of the microbiological laboratory (pH, Total Solids, residual glucose, bioburden raw materials and finished products, fertility tests, etc.);
• compliance with the Good Manufacturing Standards (GMP), and with the Environmental Safety and Hygiene standards for the achievement of the provisions of the production plans in compliance with the operational procedures and safety measures envisaged;
• preparation, sterilization and dispensation of common laboratory soils and related fertility tests;
• preparation of growth media for the production plant (GFV);
• preparation of sterile glucose solutions;
• verification of the efficiency of production bottle filtration systems by means of the bubble test;
• verification and maintenance of the production bottle assembly systems;
• manipulation of microbial strains (inoculum, plaque, microscope observations, etc …);
• inoculation of production bottles;
• preparation of salt solutions for fermenters / seed;
• preparation for the analytical determination of the Active contained in fermentation broths;
• analytical determinations related to the activity of the microbiological laboratory (pH, Total Solids, residual glucose, etc.);
• use of simple laboratory equipment; assembly, inoculation and conduction of the Sartorius benchtop bioreactor for the production of antibiotics through the fermentation of microorganisms.
